When a hardware defect is suspected and it falls within the warranty period of the product, please contact Wacom Customer Care.
A technician will assist you with diagnostic steps to verify the defect and issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA), along with instructions for returning the product to the designated service center. Include proof of purchase documentation with your prepaid shipment. Do not include original documents or receipts, as they will not be returned. Wacom Customer Care can also assist with an RMA for non-warranty repairs.
Once a warranty repair is completed, Wacom will pay return shipping charges to all customers in the Wacom Americas region. Shipments are normally sent via UPS ground.
