Known Issues

Windows 10

  • When using Bluetooth, button function when in or out of proximity to the tablet can result in the Windows key "sticking." This causes the Windows key modifier to act as though it is pressed even when it is not.
  • What you can do about it: If the Windows key becomes stuck, press the physical Windows key on your keyboard to disable the key, or log out of your computer and then log back in.

  • Radial menu is not displayed correctly with Extended Display.
  • What you can do about it: You can switch from Extended Display mode to Mirror Display mode.

  • Unchecking the 'Allow apps to override the shortcut button behavior' does not work as expected.
  • When using Pen and Ink > Double-click > Send screenshot to OneNote, the screenshot is saved to the clipboard instead of saving and opening in OneNote.
  • Some Lenovo Tablets: In the RS4 OS, Touch and Pen function stop. Updating the WinTab driver to v7.5.2.38 or v7.6 does not solve this issue.
  • Touch remains enabled when your computer system is in Sleep mode, causing an unnecessary drain on power.
Windows 7
  • In 'Radial Menu' tab the defaults assigned to www and email no longer opens the application.
  • What you can do about it: In the Radial Menu tab, select Function, and select the application you want to open.
